McDermott might be the best scorer in college basketball, but his projection in the NBA is a bit more limited. With the Sixers building around two non-shooters –\u00a0Michael Carter-Williams<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Nerlens Noel<\/a>\u00a0— McDermott would be a great fit.<\/p>\n

He's got great size (6-foot-8, 215 pounds) for his position and has proved to be a lights-out shooter this season.<\/p>\n

The Bobcats could use a big-time scorer and a player who can really stretch the floor. Hairston's reputation took a big hit this summer when he was suspended and then kicked off the Tar Heels. But his play in the D-League has reminded scouts that he has the prototypical tools of an NBA shooting guard. And he's ready to play right now. That's exactly what the Bobcats are looking for.<\/p>\n
